Return Policy

We’re a small business that uses an on-demand fulfilment process. This means we don’t keep stock on hand—each item is made only after you place your order.

This approach helps us keep costs down while maintaining high quality, allowing us to offer great products at the best possible prices.

We are confident that our products will arrive to you in excellent condition, If in the unlikely event that they don't, we’ll happily provide a replacement or a full refund-Just e-mail us a photograph of the problem and we will sort it out (Refund will be issued in 3-5 working days). There will be no extra expenses incurred on the customers part. Please let us know within 28 days of receiving the item(s). 

Non-Returnable Items: Because items are custom-made & made to order returns and refunds are generally not accepted if the customer changed their mind or ordered the wrong size (only in the situations outlined above). We do not provide a return address or accept returns for fulfilled orders.

Order Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they enter production, which often happens quickly. Just contact us as soon as you realise and we will see if the option to cancel is available.
