We stand by our products with a 100% guarantee that your order will arrive in perfect condition. If it doesn’t, we’ll happily provide a replacement or a full refund—no questions asked.

As all items are made to order, returns and refunds are only available in the situations outlined above. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns if you change your mind and the item is not faulty.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at hilltopharehouse@yahoo.com. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your return. 

We will be responsible for the return costs for damaged or faulty items and full refund will be offered in this case.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method ASAP.

Exchanges
